DNB has Not managed to comply with its own 'security' regulations for a long time now!
Is also not compliant with ISO27001, Wbni, AVG, .. nor the mandatory ECB/EU regulations.

But still pretends to be some kind of Authority in the ~~security~~ field :( But can't even get its own act together.

The "Programma BiC (Best in Class Informatiebeveiliging)"[Proj Code: DNB 1638], has failed 2x, and has been removed from public eye, instead of resolving the blatant security-management structure corruption issues...

Ps.
Because of DNB's management (..and MinBZK/AIVD + MinJenV/NCSC) blatant failure to ensure a functional security structure for high-risk Vital Infrastructure elements,
there is a long long list with major and minor "Security Incidents" from 2015 until today, which is kept out of view from auditors scrutiny.

DNB 'security' department has many skelletens in the closet, incl. creating false statements reports about the status quo, to pretent that all would be fine.
Also ignoring Responsible Disclosure Procedure (RDP) reports from ethical researchers  about high-risk security issues and security incidents for many years.
Govt.NL => MinBZK & MinEZK/MinFin functionaries are aware of the state security  malpractice situation, and also rather keep quiet about it within their machiavellian ivory tower
structure :(
